We understand that situations may arise where you need to cancel your subscription or request a refund. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for subscription cancellations and refunds.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Once cancelled:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be billed for future periods after the current cycle ends.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in your billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

As a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product, we generally do not offer refunds for services already rendered. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical issues that prevent the use of the service, where support has not been able to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
  • Accidental duplicate payments or billing errors.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@ezentry.co within 7 days of your payment. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not provided for the following:

  • Change of mind or unused services.
  • Partial subscription periods.
  • Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle.
